I have been coming to East Bay tire company for the past 4 years. If there were the possibility of giving more than a five-star I absolutely would. The cruise phenomenal management is top star us could you shall receive. I have four different vehicles that I brought to them from our 40 ft Diesel Pusher to our small Kia towing vehicle my 1 ton Ford and other vehicles and each and every time they've been taken care of whatever the issue is with the vehicles. Currently I'm putting some miles on my 1995 F350 after having front end rebuilt . Steers and drives like a new vehicle. If ever there were any concerns they would step right up and take care of the issue. Highly recommended this shop to others. The friends and neighbors I've sent have all come back and said thank you for sending me there.

Excellent service.I walked in with a flat tire and they started looking at the flat immediately. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem was a cracked rim. Nothing they could do to fix that, of course. They charged me $0.I will definitely be back to have them remount the existing tire on a new rim.
