Does East Bay Tire manufacture tires in addition to carrying other brands for wholesale?
East Bay Tire doesn’t physically manufacturer tires but rather partners with the highest quality factories around the world. We work exclusively with quality manufacturers who present the best value to our customers.

Absolutely. At the heart of East Bay TIre’s history are small and mid sized fleets. We recommend creating an account to track your tire usage but it is not a requirement. Come in and see us!

You can view our distribution center inventory live at any time (shop.eastbaytire.com). Our service center inventories are customer and market specific, offering even more products!

Our agricultural specialty is primarily crops grown in the western United States. From potatoes, to hay, to tomatoes and everything in between, we have the tires you need. Tractor and implement tires may have similar sizes and applications globally, don’t be afraid to call us and check to see if we have it.

Dealer & Manufacturer Questions

Are there any major tire brands that East Bay Tire does not carry?
If it exists, we can source it for you. Bridgestone and Firestone are brands not commonly in stock. Aside from that, if the market needs it, we probably have it.
In-order to create a non-taxable account, we do need a resale certificate and basic company information. We’d love to hear anything about your business so we can best support you.
Specialty tires are exactly that…specialty. While we source from around the globe to have the right tires in stock at the right time…not everything goes to plan. Production for specialty tires is often infrequent, so you can expect us to plan ahead. Tell us what you need and when you need it, we will find a solution.

Career & Employment Questions

I’m interested in becoming a service technician. Does East Bay Tire offer in-house training and accreditation for new employees?

Our aim is to have every technician accredited by the Tire Industry Association (TIA). We will provide this training and testing to you.

We do! More often than not, our entry level sales associates are grown from within, those who have seen other aspects of the industry in another East Bay Tire role.

Yes, we do. In some cases, we provide relocation assistance moving within the state!

Service center questions

Does East Bay Tire guarantee a maximum response time and/or roll time for roadside service and repair?
No. Our response time is the fastest in the region (averaging under 100 minutes from the time of call to up time) with over 50,000 calls annually. When a unit is down there are hundres of variables (traffic, time of day, tire damage, weather, type of equipment) that our outside our control. Count on us every time to save you time.
We go to where our customers are. While we may not be everywhere, we will find a solution for you. As a rule of thumb, within 90 miles of one of our service centers is well within our reach.

If it’s not safe for a driver, operator, or technician we will pause until safe conditions can be realized.
