Commercial Tire Service Center in Kona

This is an amazing company, Jessica has the best attitude and customer service I have come across in a long time. My wife and I went for a rotation and balance, when they noticed we needed rear brake pads. The service was fast and very fair priced. I am so grateful and pleased with the service from R&G tire. The whole front service counter was friendly and same with the mechanics in the back. Amazing company, obviously have outstanding leadership that cares! We will only buy tires from R&G from now on. Jessica is outstanding!

Firstly: If you walk in to an establishment with a shitty or entitled attitude and get shut down, thats on you. If you walk in friendly and wanting to know whats possible and get treated badly thats different. I’ve purchased my last 2 sets of tires at R&G Kona. Steven and Alex at the front desk are friendly, approachable, and helpful. You might pinch some dollars at Costco but just try reaching Costco tire center by phone. R&G employees are “present” and have good attitudes that are reflective of good management. I’ve been very satisfied with the recommendations from steven for outfitting my Tacoma. Follow up visits for tire repair or replacement are a pleasure. They remember me for all the good reasons. I never feel treated like a herd animal or get the feeling I’m just an opportunity for being upsold by a smooth talking salesperson. Truly, creating relationships and friendships with those businesses you patronize is more valuable than just “saving money”.

Wife and I came here to get new tires and they were completely swamped! So we went to Manono's for a sandwich and chips. Came back and got in line for our tires. Had a GREAT time talking with the employees and other customers. A couple hours later, we were on our way. It was so awesome being around like-minded people that are kind and not hateful. The even had FOX News on the TV! 😏
